The hotel was fairly clean and had the best staff in all areas. the room was stocked and generous-sized, offering a living room, Wi-Fi, and a minibar. the view of the ocean was gorgeous. the location was amazing, so close to all venues, the beach for a fun game of volleyball, and both airports.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel and its sumptuous and enjoyable breakfast.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was lovely, and we even had direct access to the beach. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us like royalty.

One small thing that could make the breakfast better is to have more fresh fruit juice options.

Location: the property was just off the restaurants-Arturo, Inoibe, Andres, Rodolfo Augustin, Denis and Guillermo and plently of sunbeds and Alex at the volleyball at the beach. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

The beach location was great, with direct access and a palm-fringed view. The staff were fantastic, especially Fernando at Los Papitos, who served us with a smile and jokes. The food was brilliant in every restaurant, with Lima Limon being a standout. The activities team, Alejandro, Mimi, and Marlon, made our days fun and memorable. a relaxing stay in an idyllic setting with great staff and delicious food!

Staying at this hotel was a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities and attentive service made our stay perfect. the spa and wellness center had the most relaxing massages and sauna sessions. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area was beautifully landscaped and perfect for leisurely strolls. the restaurant offerings were varied, with delicious buffet breakfast and continental breakfast options.

The only minor issue we faced was the lack of live entertainment and karaoke options. However, this was compensated with the excellent service and entertainment provided by the hotel staff.

The hotel is incredibly beautiful with stunning and marvelous locations. the rooms are extremely spacious with beautiful views, making for an incredible stay. - There are plenty of products for a very good breakfast. - Quick check-in and late check-out facilities add to the convenience. - the pool area is great, and the location is near some of the most beautiful beaches.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. They offered complimentary drinks upon arrival and during the stay. The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping centers. The beach view from the room was breathtaking.

The room was smaller than expected and lacked space to move around. The pool area was crowded and often loud, making it hard to relax.

During our stay, we had many fun activities to choose from, such as yoga classes with Jesus and guacamole lessons with Daniel. The resort also offered a gluten-free menu with multiple options for my wife, which was a pleasant surprise.

The water at the beach was not as clear and blue as we had hoped, due to the presence of seaweed.

We had an amazing stay at this resort. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and tidy property throughout. The beach location was unforgettable, like a huge pool, and it was constantly cleaned. We loved taking walks on the beach during sunrise and sunset. The activities provided were so much fun, with a variety of options to choose from. The food at every restaurant was fantastic, especially the Peruvian restaurant where we had a fantastic experience thanks to Jazmin. The breakfast was also delicious. the staff, cleanliness, facilities, beach location, activities, and food were the highlights of our stay.
